lLVA  has developed a master plan for the Rio 2016 Olympic Park with strong characteristics of centrality in order to attract innovative people and businesses and create a new socio-economic and cultural hub for the west-zone of Rio de Janeiro.

LVA based it`s proposal on the concept of "SYNAPSES", adding value to the urban space through the creation of flexible multi-use modular buildings, both commercial and residential, with proximity to parks, green areas and public transportation.

The Olympic 360 Lookout was envisioned as a new tourist attraction for the city, allowing visitor and residents a panoramic view of the beautiful landscapes while rising high above the Olympic Park.
